This project was undertaken during the summer of 1998 under
the mentorship of Chris
Brislawn at Los
Alamos National Laboratory. The internship was a part of the
Service Academy Research Associates (SARA) program.

I am currently (July 2, 1998) a student at the United
States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. I will graduate in May
of 1999 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
